These Reese’s Pieces Cookie Cakes with Nutella Buttercream are to die for. I’m serious they are absolutely heavenly. A soft baked cookie with with Nutella buttercream frosting and crumbled Reese’s Pieces on top.

Howdy ho friends! I have come up with a beauty of a recipe. This one I’ll have to credit to the kiddos.

Do you ever go to the grocery store with the kids? You know what that’s like. Well, when I go with all 4 of my boys it’s chaos. Food if flying off the shelves into my grocery cart. I look away for a second and there’s random stuff in there. I should really pay someone to watch the kids and I would still come out with more money at the end of the day than when I take those food demolishing monsters to the grocery store.

This time it was these Mini Reese’s Pieces and Nutella that made the cut in my grocery cart.

I came up with these soft baked Reese’s Pieces Cookies with Nutella buttercream. They are quite easy to make and are so yummy. I highly recommend you give these a try. No joke, when my husband’s friend tried these he had no words. They’re that good. (not to toot my own horn…lol)

The kids also like to try and “help” when I’m baking in the kitchen. Their favourite was the “cookie sandwich” in the pictures below. It’s absolutely monstrous. But such a guilty pleasure.

Add some Nutella to your buttercream. The more Nutella you add, the more flavour there’ll be.

And here she is, the cookie sandwich. The kids particularly liked these. Something about a giant cookie with icing in the middle covered in Reese’s Pieces. Who could blame them. I’m not gonna lie, I am eating one right now as I type this out. Sooo good.
